- Ability to coordinate with doctors, nurses, patients, and administrative staff effectively
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with patient management systems and medical recordkeeping
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Qualifications:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff for smooth clinic operations
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and clinical protocols.
- Minimum of 1–3 years experience in a medical, clinical, or administrative healthcare setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
