About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Jamila Aesthetics in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment. This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall operations of our aesthetic clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome all clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently and with excellent customer service
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments
  • Maintain accurate client records and update client information in the database
  • Assist with the processing of payments and handle cash/card transactions
  • Provide information about the services and products offered at Jamila Aesthetics
  • Ensure the reception area is well-organized and presentable at all times
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the clinic

What we're looking for

  • Preferably experience in a customer service or front desk role, desirably in a medical or aesthetic clinic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, friendly demeanor, extrovert
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and office software
  • Familiarity with medical/aesthetic terminology is an advantage
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
