Skin by Cristine is looking for an experienced and driven Clinic Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic. This is a leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in wellness, beauty, or clinic management and a passion for delivering excellent client service and team performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
  • Lead, support, and evaluate staff including aestheticians, receptionists, and orderly personnel
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, inventory management, and clinic cleanliness
  • Ensure consistent high-quality service and client satisfaction
  • Handle staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and training coordination
  • Resolve client concerns and feedback professionally and effectively
  • Monitor sales, set targets, and implement strategies for clinic growth
  • Coordinate with the owner or management team for reporting and planning

Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years of experience managing an aesthetic, spa, dermatology, or wellness clinic
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Knowledgeable in basic clinic operations, sales reporting, and team management
  • Willing to be assigned to Shaw, Mandaluyong full-time
  • Start Date: August

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per day
