EXPERIENCE:

  • at least 1 - 2 years of experience in any related field;
  • Medical-receptionist experience is a huge plus

1. Customer Service

  • Communicate with customers by phone or social media (e.g. Viber, messenger, email, etc.) to obtain information needed to resolve inquiries

  • Review patient account information in various systems, perform research as necessary, and take appropriate action to resolve the patient inquiry.

  • Follow-up appointments thru calls during weekends.

  • Answer calls promptly and retrieves messages.

  • Scheduling new and follow-up patient appointments.

  • Check-in patients as they arrive, verify information, collect co-payments.

  • Follows standards and guidelines for telephones etiquette and service when interacting with patients over the phone.

  • Provides direct, professional, and knowledgeable interactions with patients, physicians, referral sources, and the treatment team.

  • Answers call accurately and with exceptional customer service at all times.

  • Ensures caller's needs are met and accurate information is obtained.

  • Maintains patient confidentiality regarding access to patient and other clinical information via email, computer, fax, and mail

  • Addresses concerns of patients provide service recovery and escalate issues as needed.

  • Assist patients with payment arrangements including financial assistance information (e.g. PCSO, DOH, DSWD, and other government agencies), providing price estimates.

  • Counsels patients about unpaid bills.

  • Acts as patient advocate and liaisons with various departments to meet mutual goals.

  • Educates patient/responsible parties regarding the billing process and any additional financial responsibilities including third party benefits information.

2. Clerical Duties

  • Prepares paperwork necessary for the patient visit.

  • Encoding and sending Patients Monitoring, the number of patients. A number of FDG/PSMA order and scan every after shift thru email and Viber.

  • Encoding and sending of Independent Accounting for accounting purposes file.

  • order radiopharmaceutical product, every end of shift.

  • Booked and schedule patients for accommodation, the day before or after the procedure.

  • Releasing results thru email and LBC.

  • Monthly Report

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
