  • Assist in minimizing waste and controlling food costs.

Staff Supervision & Training

  • Support in training and mentoring kitchen staff.
  • Ensure team members follow safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Quality & Sanitation

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling, storage, and hygiene standards.
