We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Head Chef to lead our in-house kitchen team. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Develop menus that showcase creativity and international inspiration while remaining practical for in-house and client events.
  • Manage food costs, budgets, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain excellence in service and presentation.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for special events and catering requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a culinary or chef role (preferably within hotels, restaurants, or catering operations).
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines and creative menu development.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of cost control and kitchen operations.
  • Passion for food, innovation, and providing excellent service.
