  • Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Promote and sell the company's products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations or product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent post-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest product improvements or new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Support senior sales managers in developing sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Follow company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
  • Atleast 2 years experience in technical sales preferably in the transformer or electrical industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales target.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
