Financial Sales Associate

Position: Financial Sales Associate Overview The Financial Sales Associate is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to bank clients. The role works in coordination with branch, sales and service teams to deliver innovative product solutions and build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients of the bank. Work closely with branch sales and service teams to address clients' protection, long-term savings and investment needs. Strengthen long-term client relationships through excellent customer service. Assist the Business Center in achieving sales goals and targets, including lead generation, lead conversion, account acquisition and maintenance, repeat business, and cross-selling of MCBL products. Prepare Monthly Sales Call Plans and Daily Sales Call Reports; record, review and act on action plans, sales results and client data. Review and adjust plans with Area and Branch Manager. Conduct client calls, sales presentations, and other sales activities. Prepare other management reports as required. Generate new account relationships, deepen existing relationships, and perform account handling to improve profitability and expand business. Maintain cordial client relations by addressing financial needs promptly. Prepare and ensure availability of documentary requirements. Conduct market/competitor shopping, client mapping, telesales, sales calls, and on-site product presentations for new business acquisitions, occasionally with the Branch Manager. Promote and facilitate referrals of MCBL products and services to existing and prospective clients. Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD)/Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures according to client risk profile. Ensure daily email communications are checked and attended to. Attend meetings, trainings, conferences and related learning activities as required by leadership. Comply with HR System (Workday Employee Self Service) requirements and other HR deliverables within deadlines. Complete mandatory compliance trainings within deadlines and adhere to customer protection, privacy, data handling and regulatory requirements. Include product trainings, product orientation and related activities for product knowledge. Conduct policy reviews to improve customer experience and upsell/cross-sell opportunities; post-sale service is essential for continued business from clients and referrals. Provide post-sales service and escalate complaints to the appropriate units promptly. Facilitate collections via ADA, over-the-counter or cheque payments. Plan leads regularly with the Branch Manager to generate quality sales leads. Other relevant tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree. Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred; those with sales and customer service experience from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT industries are encouraged to apply.
