In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of our customers through using the StoreHub platform effectively and maximizing its features to guarantee they get the most value. You don’t need to be an expert, but the work is challenging, fast-paced, and always on the bleeding edge. We’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself. What you will do: Drive revenue and ensure operational excellence for merchants by using the StoreHub platform effectively Educate merchants on StoreHub features, promotional campaigns, and market insights Build long-lasting relationships with merchants to understand their business and key success factors Negotiate deals with merchants and work with the marketing team to develop matching initiatives to boost revenue Manage multiple projects at a time, delivering outcomes according to deadlines and quality standards Be the focal point for merchant inquiries and take ownership of requests/issues by coordinating with customer care, onboarding, and product teams to ensure satisfaction and merchant retention Share challenges and ideas openly to drive team improvement What you'll need to have: Experience of 1 to 3 years in roles related to Key Account, Merchandising, Retail Business, Business Development, or Project Management A strong passion for helping small businesses Self-drive with motivation and desire to succeed Tenacity to develop ideas independently in a fast-paced startup environment Strong conversational and rapport-building skills Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders, presenting both over the phone and in person Knowledge of G-suite and basic Excel Willingness to work on-site in Makati City What makes working at StoreHub awesome: Our people — StoreHubbers are collaborative and supportive Culture of candor: directness, fast movement, and minimal bureaucracy Cutting-edge tools and automation to focus on meaningful work Impact, not just effort: results matter more than hours worked Core values: Communicate for Clarity; Humble and Hungry; Authentic but not an sshole; Nimble and Quick; Growth Mindset; Efficiency and Excellence Other perks: Apple MacBooks, comprehensive healthcare with HMO, career development and mentorship We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at StoreHub.
