About the Role Juan Accounting is looking for a CPA‑Licensed Training & Enablement Specialist with hands‑on experience in SaaS‑based accounting or tax platforms. In this role, you will work directly with new subscribers especially CPAs and SMEs to guide them through the first 90 days of using Juan Accounting. Your job is to ensure that every user is confident, self‑sufficient, and consistently using the platform by providing structured training sessions, onboarding calls, chat/email support, and continuous check‑ins. Key Responsibilities Conduct one‑on‑one or small group onboarding and training sessions (remote or in‑person) Schedule and lead recurring check‑ins and Q&A calls with new users within the first 90 days Respond to subscriber questions via chat, email, or call and elevate technical issues when needed Track each assigned subscriber’s usage, identify drop‑offs, and proactively engage to support retention Provide feedback to the product and support teams based on user pain points Maintain updated records of training progress and client engagement Requirements Licensed CPA (Philippines) is a BIG PLUS At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience Hands‑on experience with accounting/tax SaaS platforms (e.g., JuanTax, Xero, QuickBooks) Strong communication and facilitation skills for one‑on‑one and small group training Organized, with strong follow‑through on tasks and client commitments Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM or helpdesk platforms Empathetic and user‑focused able to simplify technical topics for non‑technical clients Nice to Have Experience in onboarding or customer success for SaaS companies Familiarity with BIR workflows and compliance for SMEs and firms Experience handling client success journeys or playbooks Basic knowledge of tools like Notion, Loom, or Help Center documentation What You’ll Get A front‑row seat in helping Filipino CPAs to succeed through digitization Career growth within a company driving accounting innovation Structured onboarding and mentorship under the Senior L&D Manager Competitive compensation package #J-18808-Ljbffr
