About the Role:

As aCustomer Service Representative with our Company's Software Client Support team, you will have the opportunity to analyze complex software issues, engage with our worldwide client base, and provide an incredible customer experience every day. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for various customers from financial and property management institutions, assisting with various questions and issues. Our Company will rely on YOU to listen to and empathize with our clients and use your troubleshooting skills, technical savvy, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver a consistent, professional experience.

You are a problem-solver who takes on any challenge. You have a curiosity to learn how things work, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to help others understand your discoveries. While you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you provide great customer service and make every interaction a positive, personalized experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to inbound requests from all channels (phone, portal, and/or chat) within prescribed service levels
  • Identifies, assesses, and resolves all new and existing concerns
  • Monitors, documents, and manages the resolution process promptly while effectively communicating status with the client to maintain a high degree of client satisfaction
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for support
  • Creative and curious trouble-shooter

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Customer focus and a passion for support
  • Creative and curious troubleshooter
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Aptitude for technology
  • Professional communication skills
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively and professionally in verbal and written communications to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver in line with Service Level Agreements/Project Schedules
