Job Summary:

The Customer Relations Services Representative (CRSR) serves as the frontliner of SM Supermalls, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and assistance. The CRSR is responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing accurate information, and promoting a positive mall experience aligned with SM's commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist mall guests courteously and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about mall services, store locations, events, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with mall tenants and departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Customer Service Counter.
  • Assist in implementing mall events, promotions, and customer service programs.
  • Monitor and report customer service trends and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with mall policies, safety protocols, and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Criminology, Hospitality, Tourism, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
