The Project Manager serves as a hybrid technical specialist responsible for both project costing support and post-turnover quality assurance. This role bridges the Quantity Surveyor and Warranty Management functions within the GenCon Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Quantity Surveyor in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
  • Conduct post-turnover site inspections for backjobs and rectifications.
  • Ensure contractor accountability through rectification reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with PMs and contractors during warranty executions.
  • Track recurring backjob issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain logs of completed backjobs with corresponding client sign-offs.
  • Support project managers in monitoring workmanship quality.
  • Ensure alignment between costing, quality, and actual execution outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
