Project Manager

This role requires exceptional project management leadership, professionalism, as well as strong retail project operations. The Project Manager will lead and oversee complex projects aligned with business objectives and global standards.

Manage project timelines, third party contractors, risks and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Standardize and improve project management processes and documentation.

Provide project updates, reports, and recommendations to executive committee.

Qualifications:


• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.


• 3–5 years of extensive experience in project management or related roles, proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.


• Strong communications and interpersonal skills


• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines


• Experience with commercial or mall projects would be an advantage.


• Strong leadership and people management


• Conflict resolution and negotiation


• Time management and adaptability


• Familiarity with project management software & tools


• Budget management and resource allocation


• Risk assessment and mitigation planning


• Willing to work on-site at Quezon City head office
