PROJECT MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Monitoring project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
  • Optimising resource utilisation and workflow to improve project efficiency
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to junior project team members
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports of the handled projects
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as construction project manager
  • Civil Engineering Licensed
  • Minimum of 8 Years Experienced as Project Manager for vertical construction
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects within budget and on time
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player with leadership abilities and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
