Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a
Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG industry, particularly in civil works expansion and/or automations. Experience with commodities is also an advantage. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to drive projects from conception to completion.

What are their Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, with a strong focus on FMCG, civil works expansion, and/or automations.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • One (1) Full-Time position(s) available.
