KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs Project Management to ensure that the various elements are properly coordinated.
  • Performs Project Scope Management to ensure that the project includes all the work required.
  • Perform Project Time Management to ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Perform project cost management to ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget.
  • Perform Project quality management to ensure that the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil or Electrical Engineering
  • With minimum of 5 years work experience in the same field
  • With Leadership skills and attention to details
  • Willing to be assigned around Luzon Area (willing to relocate)
