Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in the glass and aluminum industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while managing client expectations and coordinating with the technical and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and make complex decisions and recommendations within the given schedule, using a high degree of initiative and independent judgment to lead the project to success.
  • Lead project planning sessions, including manpower scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation to ensure balanced workloads and timely deliverables.
  • Oversee and manage overall project execution, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage large and diverse project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering accountability and positive action.
  • Identify growth opportunities and initiate new projects in line with organizational goals.
  • Communicate project expectations, progress updates, challenges, and recommended solutions to management and team members.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Delegate project tasks to staff based on their strengths, skills, and experience.
  • Handle client billings and ensure timely submission.
  • Submit monthly project status and progress reports.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience as a Project Manager in the glass and aluminum/construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of curtain walls, aluminum frames, windows, balustrades, and related systems.
  • Proficient in project management tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
