Work Setup: 100% Onsite – BGC, Taguig (must reside near Taguig)

Shift Schedule: Eastern Time

Office Location: Penthouse, Philplans Corporate Center, BGC

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user lifecycle processes: onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and account setup/disablement (M365, Azure AD, AD, MFA).
  • Handle escalated Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 support tickets (network, printer, login, email, and system issues).
  • Use PSA and RMM tools to remotely monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain client systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks on servers, Microsoft 365 tenants, and firewalls under supervision.
  • Conduct system maintenance: patching, antivirus checks, and backup verification.
  • Monitor and respond to RMM alerts, resolving issues and escalating as needed.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to SOPs/runbooks.
  • Assist senior engineers on infrastructure, cloud migration, and project-based tasks.
  • (Optional) Develop PowerShell scripts or automation to improve efficiency.

Must-Haves

  • Prior experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a senior technical support or system engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Experience troubleshooting firewalls, switches, and endpoint issues.
  • Familiarity with SolarWinds or similar monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of networking protocols, GPOs, and Conditional Access.
