Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the President's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and communications
- Monitor the President's email inbox to identify priority items and ensure timely follow-through
- Prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Assist the President during meetings by taking notes, managing logistics, and ensuring follow-through on action items
- Welcome and attend to the President's visitors, ensuring a courteous and professional experience
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board sessions and stakeholder engagements
- Assist in reviewing financial statements, cash flow reports, and accounting records
- Liaise with Finance and Accounting departments to ensure timely reporting and compliance
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Support special projects, corporate events, and executive directives as needed
- Provide responsive assistance during weekends or outside regular office hours when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in executive support, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software (SAP Business One) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, when executive support is needed
Preferred Attributes:
- CPA or equivalent certification (optional but advantageous)
- Experience in corporate finance or executive-level reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
