We are looking for a full-time Right-Hand Operator who will run the operational side of a 7-figure e-commerce brand.

Your job is to manage the team, own supplier communication, oversee Amazon operations, and build out systems that keep the business running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of execution.

Responsibilities

1. Operations & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day Amazon account operations
  • Ensure listing accuracy, variation structure, attributes, and detail pages are correct (the catalog manager does the technical work; you ensure quality)
  • Track shipments, inventory status, and production timelines with suppliers
  • Coordinate new product launches from start to finish
  • Ensure deadlines are met by everyone in the team

2. Supplier Management

  • Communicate directly with factories
  • Request updates, clarify details, confirm packaging, track timelines
  • Build strong supplier relationships
  • Gather invoices and prepare them for founder approval
  • Follow up on QC, samples, modifications, and production issues

3. Team Management

  • Manage and coordinate the catalog manager (flat files, variations, listing fixes)
  • Manage and coordinate the logistics assistant (shipments, FBA prep, tracking)
  • Hold the team accountable to deadlines
  • Ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time

4. Systems & SOPs

  • Build and document operational systems
  • Create checklists, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Improve efficiency and reduce mistakes
  • Keep ClickUp (or task system) clean and organized

5. Platform Expansion

  • Research requirements for new marketplaces (Etsy, Walmart, eBay, Shopify)
  • Create the expansion plan and coordinate all tasks
  • Ensure smooth listing creation and compliance
  • Work with the team to launch on new platforms

6. Reporting

  • Provide a weekly operations report
  • Summaries of supplier status, team progress, and listing health
  • Flag issues early and escalate only when needed
  • Maintain a clean dashboard of all tasks in progress

What We're Looking For

  • Strong English and clear communication
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • 5+ Years Experience in similar e-commerce or Amazon operations
  • Able to manage people and hold them accountable
  • Proactive problem solver, handles issues before they become problems
  • Comfortable taking ownership of operations independently
  • Calm, structured, and reliable
