SENIOR E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Order & Inventory Management

• Process orders across Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, and eBay.
• Ensure FBM and non-Amazon marketplace orders are processed.
• Manually process orders when needed (UK, DE, BestBuy CA).
• Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across platforms.
• Request stock replenishments as needed.
• Capture payments for multiship transactions and verify addresses.
• Conduct automated order fulfillment and audits.
• Regularly check inventory in marketplaces.

Fulfillment & Dispatch Operations

• Handle lost/damaged order claims with carriers and marketplaces.
• Oversee Amazon FBA and Seller Central fulfillment accuracy.
• Resolve FBM tracking and fulfillment center errors.
• Coordinate frame replacements with Customer Service.
• Process affiliate and internal frame requests.

Technical & Marketplace Support

• Monitor and update MSRP across platforms.
• Coordinate with web development team for shop updates.
• Manage Shopify listings, discount codes, and account health.
• Troubleshoot fulfillment/order flow issues with third-party partners.

Claims & Chargeback Management

• Document and initiate claims for lost/damaged items.
• Communicate with support teams for claim resolution.
• Verify and dispute chargebacks in Shopify.
• Collaborate with NoFraud for documentation and dispute handling.

Customer Engagement & Support

• Coordinate with CS team for order-related customer outreach.
• Support CS with product/order inquiries.
• Monitor high-risk and unfulfilled orders.

Reports & Data Management

• Generate and update e-commerce performance reports.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and forecasting data.
• Track chargebacks, fraud cases, and frame replacements.
• Update non-Amazon marketplace sales reports weekly.

Process Optimization & Documentation

• Identify and improve fulfillment workflow inefficiencies.
• Create and update SOPs for claims, refunds, and reporting.
• Maintain centralized SOP and credentials repository.

Competitive Analysis & Pricing Strategy

• Monitor competitor pricing, strategies, and promotions.
• Check Amazon Buy Box status and MSRP alignment.
• Ensure accuracy of product content and detect unauthorized resellers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of extensive e-commerce experience.
• Platform Expertise: Skilled in managing and optimizing operations on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok.
• Digital Marketing Proficiency:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Email Marketing
• Content Strategy
