Kitchen Helper

Tokyo Bubble Tea Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our back-of-house team at our FORT, BGC branch. If you're passionate about food and eager to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment, we'd love to hear from you

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen or food service role is preferred
• Familiarity with Japanese cuisine is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions efficiently
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the kitchen team with daily food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas
• Ensure all food items are stored correctly, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Help restock and organize kitchen stations with ingredients and supplies
• Assist with receiving and checking deliveries when needed
• Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Head Chef
