Primenet Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in onboarding and offboarding users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users via remote tools, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS and Windows operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, access provisioning, and equipment management.
  • Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and software licenses.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Strong proficiency in supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
  • Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, RDP, Jamf, Intune).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, Okta).
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65, Php80,000.00 per month
