Job Summary:

As a
Financial Services Associate – Entry Level
, you will play a key role in helping individuals make informed financial decisions by offering tailored insurance and investment solutions. This full-time, branch-based position is ideal for
fresh graduates
or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and building long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Generate leads and set appointments (phone or face-to-face)
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and present tailored solutions
  • Assist clients with documentation and application submissions
  • Provide after-sales service and strengthen client relationships
  • Collaborate with bank staff and promote mutual referrals
  • Refer clients to bank products (loans, savings/checking accounts)
  • Keep branch partners updated on performance and referrals

What We're Looking For

  • Must have a bachelor's degree graduate (any 4- or 5-year course) with part time work experience is a plus
  • 6 months - 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or banking preferred
    (Retail Sales, Car Sales, Property Specialist, Medical Rep, CSR, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be assigned
    onsite
