Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor, based in Metro Manila or nearby areas, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements.

The Financial Advisor will provide personalized financial guidance to clients, including financial planning, retirement planning, and investment management. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing customized financial strategies, monitoring and adjusting plans as needed, and staying updated on market and industry trends.

The role also involves building strong, trust-based relationships with clients to help them achieve financial security and long-term goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and client relationship skills
  • At least college level education; a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience in insurance, banking, sales, or customer relations is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM systems)
  • Growth mindset and openness to continuous learning through training and coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
  • Passion for helping clients achieve financial security and long-term goals
