Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Lead to join our growingteam. The Project Management Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projectson time, within budget, and to the required scope and quality standards. The ideal candidate willpossess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record ofsuccessfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverable in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and secure resources for project execution.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and guidance.
  • Manage project tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance and identify potential roadblocks or deviations from the plan.
  • Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly and effectively.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a successful track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software is a plus
Additional Details:
  • Work Schedule: 9 PM - 6 AM Manila time (graveyard shift)
  • Work Arrangement: Full-time | Onsite
