We're Hiring | Regional Marketing Head – SM City Baguio

The SM City Baguio is looking for a results-driven and strategic Senior Marketing Head to lead and oversee marketing operations across Northern Luzon.

This role is key in shaping and executing innovative marketing campaigns and activations that deliver the family fun experience that makes every day better, while driving foot traffic, vehicle count, and mall sales through cost-effective, high-impact initiatives.

You will be responsible for the marketing direction and performance of six SM malls: SM City Baguio, SM City Laoag, SM City La Union, SM City Rosales, SM City Urdaneta Central, and SM Center Dagupan.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Direction

  • Support the Marketing Division Head in developing innovative strategies and identifying emerging trends and technologies relevant to mall marketing.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research and insights to guide marketing direction.

Events Management

  • Plan and oversee the implementation of promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and major projects such as mall openings, CSR activities, and 3-Day Sales.
  • Ensure all activations align with the SM brand promise and enhance the overall mall experience.

Sponsorships & Partnerships

  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with tenants, brands, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

Advertising & Communication

  • Lead the implementation of communication plans across multiple platforms, from creatives and visuals to installation of collaterals and digital promotions.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with company policies and relevant laws, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Management, or any related course.
  • At least 8 years of managerial experience in Marketing, Events Management, or Advertising.
  • Candidates with managerial experience from any marketing industry background are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, campaign management, and stakeholder relations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Keynote, and basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
  • Professional-level proficiency required in photo and video editing tools.
  • Must be willing to be assigned on-site at SM City Baguio and handle multiple malls in the region.
