Job Summary:

The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the cosmetics store, ensuring excellent customer experience, achieving sales goals, and maintaining brand standards. This role is responsible for leading and motivating the store team, managing inventory, and executing marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, including sales, staffing, and customer service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience by promoting product knowledge, personalized consultations, and professional service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and minimize losses.
  • Implement merchandising standards and ensure displays align with brand image.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to improve store performance.
  • Handle scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Support in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, ideally in cosmetics, beauty, or luxury goods.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of current beauty and cosmetics trends is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
