About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team at Vive Inc.'. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee development, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This full-time position is based in Baguio City, Benguet.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement human resource strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent
  • Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and support career growth
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to address any HR-related issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and policies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR-related initiatives and projects

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a human resource management role, ideally within a fast-paced or growing organization
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices in human resource management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven track record of enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field
