Leasing and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leasing Management
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Source, negotiate, and close lease agreements with prospective tenants.
Review lease contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain updated records of tenant accounts, contracts, and leasing pipeline.
Monitor tenant mix and recommend improvements to optimize property value.
2. Tenant Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate tenant onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and renewals.
3. Marketing & Promotions
Develop marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote properties, events, and services.
Manage advertising, digital marketing, social media presence, and promotional materials.
Organize and oversee marketing events, exhibits, and activities to attract customers and tenants.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine marketing
strategies.
4. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market studies to identify potential tenants, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare reports on market trends, rental rates, and competitor benchmarking.
Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and positioning.
5. Financial & Performance Management
Develop annual leasing and marketing budgets and monitor expenditures.
Track and report on leasing performance, sales leads, and marketing ROI.
Provide management with regular updates on occupancy rates, revenue forecasts, and marketing performance.
6. Team Leadership & Coordination
Supervise leasing and marketing staff, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Property Management teams to support integrated business strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
At least 5–7 years of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a
managerial capacity.
