Regional Marketing Head

Job Description

To support on the conceptualization and to ensure proper implementation of different marketing ideas to provide the family fun experience that makes every day better as well as to make sure all implemented activations will drive foot traffic, vehicle count and mall sales through cost effective campaigns for all handled malls - SM City Baguio, SM City Laoag, SM City La Union, SM City Rosales, SM City Urdaneta Central, SM Center Dagupan.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • STRATEGIC DIRECTION - Support the Marketing Division head to innovate and research on new trends and New Fun Technology for Marketing; Prepare necessary reports and presentation for the recommended innovative marketing ideas based on the research conducted
  • EVENTS MANAGEMENT - Implement promotion events of tenants/affiliates and attract more foot traffic; Oversee special Campaigns/Projects - such as mall openings, CSR related activities, seasonal module, 3-Day Sale, Special Sale etc.)
  • SPONSHISHIPS & PARTNERSHIPS - Establish partnerships with tenants, brands and third party partners; Establish Community relations and partnership; Create partnership with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • ADVERTISING - Lead the implementation of the Communication Plan for the year/project from creatives/key visual, printing, installation of collaterals (in-mall, social media, local newspaper)
  • COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION - Monitors the implementation of all existing policies are strictly followed; Ensures that the policies related to Marketing are in compliant with law

Experience & Educational Requirements

  • At least 8 years managerial experience in all areas of Marketing / Event Management and Advertising
  • Graduate of any four (4) year degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Management, or any related course
  • Required skills: High level of communication, analytical, presentation skills, proficient in MS Office, Keynote, basic photoshop and photo/video editing skills

Work Location

  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned in SM City Baguio.
