Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Onboarding and Training Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering onboarding programs for new customers, guiding them through the initial implementation process, and ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. The role also involves conducting training sessions, resolving customer queries during the onboarding phase, and continuously improving the onboarding experience based on feedback to guarantee satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with customer onboarding processes, training delivery, and client relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to conduct training sessions and offer exceptional customer support
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in customer success tools and technologies and experience with data analysis to track onboarding success
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
  • Experience in customer service or training within the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred
