About the role:As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we attract the best candidates who align with our company culture and values. In addition, you will lead campus recruitment efforts, including building relationships with universities, organizing career events, and identifying top emerging talent to support our long-term hiring goals.

Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards and referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers while providing timely updates throughout the process. Foster relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential hires. Lead campus recruitment efforts, including building relationships with universities and organizing career events.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a corporate environment.

Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels within an organization. Responsible for campus recruitment, including planning, coordination, and relationship management with universities, student organizations and schools. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
