Job DescriptionAs a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding client relationships while delivering exceptional talent solutions.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, talent requirements, and organizational culture. Leveraging your expertise, you will identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through proactive search methods, networking, and advanced recruitment tools. A critical part of your role will involve conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for client mandates.

In addition to talent acquisition, you will drive business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and expanding the client portfolio. Staying informed about market trends, talent availability, and industry developments, you will provide valuable insights to clients and candidates alike. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, you will ensure timely delivery, quality placements, and a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Your focus on excellence and client satisfaction will position you as a trusted advisor and key contributor to the success of our business. The Successful ApplicantProven track record in recruitment, account management or relevant sales & business development background. Experience in executive search or headhunting is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and the ability to build rapport with senior executives. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
