About the role

As a Recruitment Officer at Malayan Savings Bank, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing organization. What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions
  • Sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screening and shortlisting applicants based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks
  • Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on recruitment activities and metrics
  • Continuously seeking ways to enhance the candidate experience and the overall efficiency of the recruitment process

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
