Strategic Talent Partner

This is a senior-level role responsible for fostering collaborative working relationships with all levels of management to ensure effective staffing coverage.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives, recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers, monitor staffing processes to ensure compliance, and provide counsel and training on talent acquisition strategies, regulatory compliance, and career development.

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or human resources.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on talent acquisition strategies.

Strong technical proficiency with recruitment software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to promote the company culture and values to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of future leaders.

The Strategic Talent Partner will play a critical role in shaping the company's talent strategy and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
