Responsibilities
  • Researches, analyzes, and presents recruitment data.
  • Prepares demand and supply reports, providing trends (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), and analyzes related to recruitment requirements, turnaround rates, and (un)successful profiles.
  • Updates the Section Head on the status of candidates on a weekly basis, providing workforce demand and supply insights, including total lead volume by day and leads-to-hire ratios.
  • Monitors recruitment activities by updating the recruitment tracker daily to ensure information is complete.
  • Provides recommendations on how offices may address their workforce complement requirements, in coordination with other HR sections.
  • Reviews the recruitment funnel and benchmarks against similar industries for best practices.
  • Provides suggestions on improving related processes based on research of best practices and trending methodologies.
  • Recommends improvements, strategies, and programs on how to attract and retain employees.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection and various communication methods.
  • Ability to conduct interviews, accurate assessments and selection to determine the best plan for career development and training required.
  • Ability to connect and see the implications of actions to other systems/processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Critical and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility to adapt.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, partnering, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time (attention to detail and project management skills are a must).
  • Knowledge of branding techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of presentations and MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
  • Strong MS Office knowledge, especially in creating various reports in Excel.
  • A strong sense of urgency balanced with quality-result orientation.
Education and Experience
  • Graduate of any business course or psychology.
  • With 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
