Job Summary
Responsible for managing the full payroll cycle for our Dutch employees, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with payroll software.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or other business-related courses, with a focus on relevant accounting subjects. CPA is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the Netherlands.
- Strong understanding of Dutch payroll laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
- Familiarity with Dutch payroll softwares.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Relevant certification or training in payroll administration is a plus.
