About the role

Seda Atria is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and collections. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the accounts receivable team, providing leadership, training and performance monitoring
  2. Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring all customer invoices are generated accurately and on time
  3. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve customer billing issues
  4. Analyse receivables data, prepare reports, and provide insights to management
  5. Implement and maintain effective credit control policies and procedures
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless order-to-cash cycle
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control policies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. A team player with the ability to lead and motivate a small team
  6. Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
