Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, organized, and able to manage projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communicator with experience working alongside project managers and vendors.

Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances regularly.
  • Monitor construction expenses to ensure they align with budget allocations.
  • Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and finance departments to track expenses and payments.
  • Support budgeting and cost control efforts to manage construction expenses effectively.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in audits and financial reviews, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
