JOB DETAILS:

Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.

Bookkeeping: Manage general ledgers and journal entries to ensure financial accuracy.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for future financial planning.

Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Tax Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with tax laws, prepare tax returns, and plan for tax efficiency.

Auditing: Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage outgoing payments and incoming payments, and reconcile discrepancies in accounts.

Payroll Management: Process payroll, ensure accurate wage payments, and handle deductions.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to help the company make informed business decisions.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that financial activities comply with industry-specific regulations and legal requirements.

Cost Control: Monitor expenses to ensure they are in line with budgets and identify areas for cost savings.

Advisory Role: Provide insights on financial strategies, risks, and improvements.

Education and Certifications:

  • Must be Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must have Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) may be required for certain roles.
