Specific Job title/Position: Accounting Clerks (Several slots available)

Work Set up & Location: Full onsite in BGC Taguig

Work Schedule: Fixed Nightshift schedule

Training REQUIRED: . You must be willing to undergo 1 MONTH TRAINING . Expect that you will be evaluated during your Training period. There's still a chance that the management can decide to end your training or employment if you didn't pass the training period.

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Business related course
  • Working experience in BPO/Shared Services
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience in accounting; any of the following:
  • Accounts payable for Vendor management / Direct Store Delivery
  • Knowledge in US GAAP is not a requirement but an advantage.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
  • Oracle or SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • CPA license or certifications is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Effective verbal and written communication to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Capability to identify issues and develop solutions in financial processes. Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Precision in recording and reviewing financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
  • Can Start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php37,000.00 per month

  • In Accounts payable, do you have hands-on experience in VENDOR management (receives and verifies vendor invoices, Schedules payments based on agreed terms with the vendor, Maintains accurate vendor records such as bank details, tax IDs, contact info; Works with vendors and procurement to resolve invoice discrepancies.)?
  • SPECIFY if you have hands-on experience in any of the following as Accounting: Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R)
  • How many years of hands-on experience do you have in US GAAP?
  • SPECIFY if you have hands-on working experience in using the following: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SAP, Oracle
