About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer Accounts Specialist to join our dynamic team at First Oceanic Property Management, Inc'. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in managing the financial accounts for our property development projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our property development projects
  • Reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and contractors
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Collaborating with the project management team to ensure financial data is accurately captured and reported
  • Providing support for audits and compliance-related activities
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Accounts Specialist or Accounts Officer, preferably in the property development or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g. QuickBooks, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
