Property Accountant Role

We are seeking an accomplished Property Accountant to oversee financial transactions, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure accurate accounting records for assigned properties.

This position plays a vital role in supporting property management by handling budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • A bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Experience in property accounting or the real estate industry is preferred.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and generating financial statements.

Additionally, they will work closely with property managers to provide financial insights and support tenant-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records for assigned properties.
  • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and rent collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and property accounts monthly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, Management Accounting or related field.
