Senior Property Valuation Specialist

This is a senior position for an Appraiser to assess the value of properties and prepare reports on collateral offered by clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections and property verifications using various navigation tools to determine the proper valuation and improvements.
  • Review maps, layouts, and floor plans of properties to estimate their worth.
  • Possess a deep understanding of appraisal procedures, including the application of methods and principles of property appraisal.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Business Studies, Administration, or Management, as well as at least 5-8 years of experience in this field. A Licensed Real Estate Appraiser certification is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel within a specified area or nationwide as needed.

We're looking for someone who is technically competent and tryst-worthy, with excellent problem-solving skills. Results orientation is essential in this role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Business Studies/Administration/Management
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in real estate appraisal
  • Real Estate Appraiser, Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage
  • Knowledge of appraisal process i.e. schedule inspection, research, application of methods and principles of property appraisal
  • Technical competence and result-oriented
