Key Responsibilities:
  • Advertise available properties through various online and offline channels.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property tours for prospective tenants.
  • Conduct thorough property showings to showcase the features and benefits of each unit.
  • Screen applicants thoroughly, verifying their background and credit information.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements that meet the company's standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and leases.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy and meet the company's quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and leasing regulations, staying up-to-date with industry developments and changes.
  • Assist with rent collection and lease renewals, ensuring seamless transactions and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Leasing Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in property management and real estate operations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology, including property management systems and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and best practices in property management.
