Roles and Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Receive orders via Outlook (PDF format) and EDI orders, ensuring accurate entry into the ERP system.
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Verify product types, quantities, and specifications to avoid shipment errors.
  • Efficiency: Handle a high volume of orders daily while maintaining accuracy standards.
  • Warehouse Optimization: Select the most cost-effective and geographically suitable warehouse for order fulfillment.
  • Communication: Coordinate with warehouse staff and the data entry team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Problem-Solving: Address discrepancies or issues promptly, escalating to the Manager when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of order processing and warehouse selections for future reference.

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years of data entry or order processing experience (BPO/warehouse environment preferred).
  • Experience working with ERP systems or similar software (preferred but not essential).

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Speed & Accuracy: Proven ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written communication skills (email coordination only; no phone conversations with customers).
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of resolving issues independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Flexible to shifting priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • ERP Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems or similar software (preferred but not essential).
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of bathware products and warehouse operations (an advantage, but not essential).
