JOB SCOPE:

  • Oversees general warehouse operations and activities such as Ordering, Receiving and Releasing of items.
  • Monitors and manages purchase records through SCM (Supply Chain Management) application.
  • Responsible for securing, releasing and inventory of Facilities Management Tools as well as maintaining records, reporting relevant information; and preparing necessary documentation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
  • Having experience of at least one (1) year in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ 365 MS Office and data entry software; having experience in handling inventory systems is an advantage.
