E-Commerce Supervisor in BGC Taguig upto 50k

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree; preferably Industrial Engineering or any related fields

  • At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce platform operations such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and Tiktok Shop

  • Must be comfortable with pulling data and doing analysis to help brand performance and process flows

  • Punctual, adaptable, highly organized, overall team player, with good people skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent in English and Filipino in both oral and written forms

  • Must be confident in presenting themselves to top executives

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for brand official store matters- Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop and Zalora

  • Lead contact for all account management matters between marketplaces, brands, internal teams

  • Product listing, Key metrics Report, E-Commerce Market Research

  • Proposes sales plans for campaigns and sale dates based on size and visibility of the brand on a

campaign day

  • Tracks and analyses KPIs, prepares reports on performance for future planning and execution
